Carolina House Plans, Inc. is a corporation formed in 1990 and offers clients a full range of services including planning, development, residential design, commercial design, interior design, engineering & related services for real estate projects. Carolina House Plans, Inc. is a residential design firm specializing in the design of elevated houses that meet FEMA regulations for flood zones and seismic conditions. CHP has a proven reputation for producing high quality buildings within cost and time schedules. Carolina House Plans, Inc. management has over 37 years of professional experience in design, engineering and construction.
CHP has been in the same location for 19 years and will continue to serve clients in Charleston, South Carolina and beyond. We have designed houses in 5 different states in the Southeast. Joe Dawson is the CHP President with over 38 years of professional design experience and a degree in architecture.
